BGM: The Orb - Earth (Gaia)

On Facebook, I attended an online meeting in English. Today we talked about "accidentally manager", which means that the managers who don't have any significant experiences. It was a fun time.

Today I worked late. I always feel a little bit depressive every morning time. Within such a downward mood, I remember Pet Shop Boys' song "West End Girls". It says "Sometimes you're better off dead". Indeed, it is too sensitive to be written on. I think of running away from here. Disappearing from here... I started listening to Blur "The Great Escape", Radiohead "Kid A", and Bentley Rhythm Ace "BRA" as today's morning music.

But I couldn't be concentrated in those music, so finally chose The Orb and started trying to read anything. Although I brought 7 books(!) to read at my free time, I couldn't find anything to enjoy. "I am depressed?" I even thought so.

After that, I finally read 阿部昭 "散文の基本" (Akira Abe "The base of proses"). It has taught me that how this author has his keen and sensitive eyes to/on various short stories. I have had an interest in Chekhov, Maugham, and Naoya Shiga. Especially Naoya Shiga has been well known as one of Japanese legendary writers. I am also interested in Shiga's works.

And also, I have been thinking about how the great art can be. Once I hadn't thought that the authors like Akira Abe could never be great. Because, although their works have been attractive, they don't have any aura for me. The great art must have any catchy and impressive aura... I had thought like this. But now, I have noticed that this kind of mild taste as tofu cake is also great as any awful arts. TBH I have read only one work from Akira Abe. It is "単純な生活" ("A simple life"). I need to read more.

At break time, I tried to write my novel more. I want to write autistic essences in its details. I kept on writing my English memo, and sent a few friends of mine messages with the text file. They read it and gave me warm comments.
