BGM: TM NETWORK - Get Wild
Recently I have been interested in the news of a Japanese company, Bigmotor. All I can see is just the one which comes from various mass media slightly, so I have to touch those media carefully without deciding the conclusion rapidly. But I can see that it must be a tough scandal if the news which says they tried to wither the trees in our town's public space with some medicine is true (although this seems that Bigmotor accepts it is a fact). We have a word "the tip of the iceberg", therefore I want to read the "black" or "anti-social" essence of that company from this accident... But I don't want to say that "Bigmotor is a 'black company' so we should crush it". Indeed, I even doubt if they could keep serious even though they did this kind of unbelievable incident. But, we have to be modest because the incident is too big (I might be too weird). If I say that they had lost their seriousness, then we can solve this problem as that must be the people "who aren't related with us" or "who are just crazy guys". Is it actual? They were really "anti-social"? ...OMG, it seems that they were an outlaw group and the incident was simply nonsense... I need to save my writing. I shouldn't write my truth too radically.
TBH I am a worker. And I confess that I am working at a company which does the services for various customers like Bigmotor. Therefore, as my job, I need not following my ego or my desire too much. I just stay modest to do a lot of services to the customers. In other words, I have to believe that serving for others without any ego could work for my benefit (although this could sound religious). I am writing this from my imagination (so I welcome your counter opinions or booing) that Bigmotor once had tried to follow an "ideal image of the company". That could be "the perfect place" and "the completely clean stores without any fallen leaves" (I think it could be too clean if it was true). That could come from the image that "messed stores can't gather customers", therefore seeking for that clean image could be for gathering customers, or making benefit. At least, I can't think that they stopped thinking about the image for the customer, and followed their ego and spread a lot of chemical herbicides.
Of course, I won't say that "Let's forgive the Bigmotor because they spread the chemical herbicides for customers". Because they destroyed the trees in the public space which consisted precious scenery in the customers' town, and it could work really childishly and negatively. Yes, it must be a violation of our law. But (although this could be a delusion because I am judging everything from the imagination by the news), if we thought that they had done that kind of violation for the customers, not for themselves to enrich their wallets and also egos, then it would say that they were a kind of cult. Although I don't know about religions well, I remember that AUM's diligent believers had been haunted by their goodness to salvage this world's people therefore spread poisonous gas. I should be careful for the danger the things beyond myself could have. The higher ideal, dream, delusion... the things I should obey. I have to be careful without seeing it as "other people's incident".
But, I also never want to say that "You should delete that kind of silly idea". Although it becomes more complicated, I think that it can be the topic of stopping "the overrunning of the group's idea or dream". One of that idea could be the selfish desire. Following the benefit by the people's ego... it seems to be understood easily because it says it's about any material matter. But if the clean, beautiful idea which says "for other people (as customers)" could overrun... then, we should stop it. So I think that (though I am just an "end" worker or a lower worker therefore it must not be actual) trying to accept other people's alternative opinions to relativize the stubborn thoughts must be important. In other words, the mood of being able to say "it must be crazy", and also having the freedom of speaking in any groups. Indeed, in this case it must be difficult to realize... that is a good source to think about this society and real world themselves.
