BGM: New Order - The Perfect Kiss

TBH, I had to work late today. So this morning I prepared for my work. However, suddenly I felt dizziness in my head. I didn't have any equipment to check my body temperature, so I went to the main house of my group home. There, I talked about my condition to the admins. They soon checked my body (temperature, blood pressure, how many times my heart throbbed, etc.). Even though there seemed to be no clear sign of illness, I decided not to go to the workplace today.

After that, I went back to my room and changed my clothes to pajamas again. I had a lunchbox and slept for a while. This afternoon, I felt that dizziness seemed to decrease a little. Lying my body on the bed, I opened Zlata Ivaskova's book "The Girl From Ukraine [ズラータ・イヴァシコワ『ウクライナから来た少女 ズラータ、16歳の日記』]". This book is written by a girl who had to escape from Ukraine to Japan as a migrant. Her passion for the Japanese language and also several cultural essences such as the Japanese author Osamu Dazai, anime, and manga must be really brilliant.

As I have written in this journal, I usually use the web tool Discord to learn English. There, I face that so many people are learning Japanese. TBH, for example, 10 years ago when I just started learning English again with my ex-job coach's recommendation, I could never expect that the world would show such an interesting aspect in front of me, and also couldn't tell that my life would get enriched by this self-education. Therefore, I tried to imagine Zlata's sincere attitude. She survived the pandemic and the war.

This evening, after having dinner, a friend and I exchanged some messages with each other on WhatsApp. Probably you know already, I live in a rural town now (nearly where I was born). When I was a kid, there was no theater nor any public amusement place, therefore I couldn't have enjoyed any movies casually until my college period (even though, I could enjoy Ghibli movies such as "Totoro"). Now, we can enjoy several movies on Netflix if the internet is available (also, a certain amount of money per month).

Of course, it is a pleasant phenomenon for me. Times are changing... Now, on Discord I enjoy chatting about several topics such as the English language, Haruki Murakami's works, and politics in English. Enjoying New Order's songs (even though the reason was completely enigmatic, today I enjoyed their early album "Movement"), I thought about that.
