BGM: Peter Gabriel - Games Without Frontiers

I worked early today. TBH, even this morning I felt slightly fizziness in my mind, even though I couldn't find any clear reason. In a LINE group, I sent a message about this. Then, some members answered to me. They suggested several advise as it could be coming from stress, this cold wave, or any disorder within my ears. I decided I should go to a hospital to tell if this would last longer.

With that fizzy mind, during the morning time, I thought about Haruki Murakami's novels again, especially one of his most impressive phrases/quotes. "Civilization is communication". This is in his debut novel "Hear The Wind Sing". I was a high school student when I read this phrase, and (as you might already see) I got impressed by this because it verbalized my concern so clearly. Yes, if I give up any effort to tell my opinions to others, these ones almost have no worth (they would vanish soon, and forever).

Now, I think that this phrase explains that a sort of people (like the characters in several Haruki novels, who could be autistic or really "square") have to face serious troubles with communication. Probably you think I'm too exaggerating my theory, but I'm serious. For "us" (because I've also been living in the really "absurd" daily life like Haruki novels describe), communication requires a sort of tactic to survive such severe opportunities. Yes, it's just like how to survive on a battlefield.

In Japan, some critics (from amateur to pro) criticize/blame Haruki's attitude because he seemed too introverted, which means that he actually "escaped" from any severe reality to his garden-like world with plenty of sophisticated items such as Jazz, philosophy, and women (yes, in a way he must be too masculine with his attitude toward women). However, as I have written, at least for me, he has kept his unique struggle of communicating actually with thinking about how to deliver his will to others.

This evening, I joined the weekly Zoom meeting with a few friends. There, we shared each one's daily life events a lot. For example, the issue about the "MeToo" movement, Donald Trump and Elon Musk, a fire in Los Angeles, etc. I need to do another presentation at the end of this month, so probably I will tell them how to manage my days by using daily chart paper, etc. However, I need to think about this more...
