I had a day off. This morning, I couldn't have slept well, so after I wrote the journal about yesterday I took my sleeping pills to try to sleep more. After waking up, I went to the library to borrow two books. Then, I went to AEON and started trying to think about various things such as my original short novel for an e-magazine I had written about yesterday. However, even though I actually tried to write down the first word for my own (or, even any fragmental idea for it), I couldn't find any proper possible one to start. Finally, I gave up at all.
After that, I went to the main house of my group home to see the sub-admin. There, I handed my money to her and we started dividing it into several sections/categories such as rent money, daily money, etc. Finishing that task, we discussed some issues such as the pic I once had drawn. I also told her about the idea of the novel I am trying to "incubate" into this world.
After that, I had lunch and took a nap (a very long one!). This afternoon, with the brilliant soundtrack of the movie "Fight Club" by The Dust Brothers, I started trying to think about the novel again. Suddenly, I thought about this idea: How about using the word "YOU" as a single person, instead of "I"? Like this...
"And now, you're sitting on a seat in the food court at AEON, gazing at a red paperback titled "Victory of Japanese language/Identities" by Levy Hideo [リービ英雄『日本語の勝利/アイデンティティーズ』]. Suddenly, in front of you, three teenage girls who are wearing uniforms pass through (one of them is scratching her ass)." Even though I needed to put it a cool title to this idea, I was satisfied with this fragment. After that, I read that Levy Hideo's marvelous paperback actually by about 6:30 pm.
This evening, I went outside to join the "danshu" meeting, and shared with the other members about my personal issues (mainly from my workplace). Then, after coming back to my room, I enjoyed Levy's book by the time I had to go to bed. How would this idea end? Even though it would end as a piece of crap/flop, I say I am certainly attracted to this fragment's content, even though I have not tried to "build" any possible plot. Is this going to show its hidden content? Would this become a "Boy Meets Girl" story?
